With the proliferation of eRecording, eRMConnect^™ recognized the need to establish a nationwide industry standard Electronic Recording Management (ERM) system. Following the national standards set by PRIA and MISMO^®, eRMConnect allows any county to use eRMConnect with any certified Land Records Management System (LRMS) and any certified Electronic Recording Service Provider (ERSP).

eRMConnect uniformly manages, tracks, and expedites the entire process of electronically recording a document. ERSP's, LRMS's and counties receive, review, route, receipt, record, and return documents (similar to the way you process paper documents), typically within just minutes–through one simple, open solution, managed by eRMConnect.

Prior to eRMConnect, the recording process was inconsistent, difficult and time consuming, requiring knowledge of multiple proprietary systems.
